Food Tech


Today for term 3 week 2 we were making butter chicken. The instructions were...

Step 1 - Dice the chicken
Step 2 - Fry the chicken until it's turns brown
Step 3 - Scoop out the chicken into a bowl
Step 4 - Fry the onion until brown
Step 5 - Add the cream
Step 6 - Add the chicken
Step 7 - Put some spices in it
Step 8 - Serve with rice
Step 9 Enjoy and eat

As we cooked butter chicken we noticed that our chicken were still raw.
