Today we were creating a DLO about Chicago sports team. What I found out about one of the teams was they recorded all there victories since 6 years. I worked collaboratively with my group because we did the same amount of work and we all communicated. When one person was finished they would have to help the person that is not finished. We managed to finish this task.

Lighthouse Story Presentation
Today we were creating a DLO about the lighthouse story. I have shown the important things to do with this story. I researched about this tower and I found a lot of information that focuses on the lighthouse story. The information that I found out was hard work because it was difficult to get this information. I found an interesting fact and, did you know that this lighthouse is made from stone. The lighthouse is a octagon shaped lighthouse. The lighthouse is 157 meters tall, the meters of this lighthouse is 47 meters high. The lighthouse is located in France and the name of this lighthouse is "Phares dan la Tempete, la jument, In english it means "Lighthouse in a storm, jument."
ASB Getwise
Today we were exploring things about saving money. This activity was about not going over the budget other wise you are out of the game. At first we had been given $1,800 for our holiday budget. We had things written on the board. There were seven important things that were written on the board and Jayden said if we lost our clothes or anything that was important to get back you would have to buy insurance. Insurance means when you lose something the money that you are getting sponsored with you could get back the things that was lost. The main point to win the game is to get more entertainment points and to make sure that you don't have a lot of money. The last thing that we played was not to get the number one or six. As team one rolled the dice we had gotten a six so we had to pay six hundred dollars but we didn't have enough money so we got disqualified. Luckily the other teams still gave us an applause. Lastly when Jayden was adding up all the entertainment points team four had won the game. Thank you ASB for giving your time to spend a day with us.

Lighthouse - For Sale
Today we were creating a poster about Lighthouses for sale. I chose to find a lighthouse in Britain. It costs $150.00 for this lighthouse. The lighthouse is called Point Lynas Lighthouse. I thought that this lighthouse was great for me because the rooms and the amazing view over the slim mountain. The rooms that I would want to sleep in is one of the master bedroom. I would want to sleep in the master bedroom because I could have the closet full of clothes and the bathroom to myself. $150.00 would be worth to sleep in because it is a holiday house.

Matariki presentation
This week we did a poster with some of the LS1 students. We worked collaboratively to actually complete this task. The poster that we were creating was about Matariki. As we were researching through google we found out some interesting facts. Did you know that Matariki is the mother of her six daughters? These information came from our smart searching skills. We actually talked about what work we wanted to do. I chose to research some of the questions so that my group could understand the celebration of Matariki.

M&M Presentation
Today we did a DLO about M&M's. I think as a group that I worked collaboratively with were amazing because we all communicated really well preventing the work to finish. I knew that we were going to finish the M&M presentation because we focused on one task. A interesting fact that we found out was according to the Mars company they originally put the M&M's in different orders and all of the colors or chocolate aren't the same. In 1941 they created M&M's.
